About this file
This scope of work document outlines requirements for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to provide workshop and meeting logistics support services to the Directorate of Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships at the National Science Foundation. The contractor will be expected to handle logistics such as venue selection, registration, travel arrangements, food and refreshments, audiovisual support, and event marketing for 5 workshops or meetings annually with 20-500 participants lasting 1-4 days each. The total budget for these services over a five year contract period is $2.5 million. Key requirements include securing facilities, developing budgets and schedules, promoting events, collecting attendee feedback, and producing various materials for program-specific workshops and meetings. The contractor must ensure all materials comply with accessibility standards.
This request for information seeks input from potential offerors regarding a potential blanket purchase agreement to establish the Unified Network for Innovative Technology and Engineering at the National Science Foundation. The BPA would consolidate services across four task areas - professional services, business and administrative services, technical and engineering services, and training and marketing/public relations - to streamline procurement processes, leverage new technologies, and foster strategic partnerships. The goals are to improve acquisition of administrative, technical and professional support services and better achieve small business goals through this enterprise-wide contract vehicle.
