About this file
This document contains a Request for Information (RFI) for the establishment of a National Science Foundation (NSF)-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) called the Unified Network for Innovative Technology and Engineering (UNITE). The UNITE BPA will provide pre-qualified Small Business Contractor Teaming Arrangements to deliver professional services across four task areas: business administrative services, technical and engineering services, training, and marketing and public relations.
The objectives of the UNITE BPA are to streamline procurement processes, leverage advanced technologies, foster strategic partnerships, and improve how NSF acquires administrative, technical, and professional services. It aims to enhance NSF's operational efficiency, innovation capabilities, and address its small business goals. The BPA will support NSF's diverse programs and initiatives through a consolidated contract vehicle that utilizes small business capabilities. Responses to the RFI will help determine market interest and capability in meeting NSF's needs under the future UNITE BPA.
