About this file

This is a pricing and specifications document for a Wood Boxes Master Agreement in Maine, establishing pricing schedules for wooden box products across multiple categories and sizes. The document outlines detailed product specifications and unit pricing for various wood box configurations, including dimensions, materials, and construction standards. The master agreement appears to serve as a standing contract vehicle enabling multiple purchasing agencies and jurisdictions within Maine to procure wood boxes at pre-negotiated rates. The document contains itemized listings with corresponding unit prices, allowing for flexible ordering quantities based on individual agency requirements and project needs.

The pricing structure reflects tiered arrangements for different box types, sizes, and specifications, with unit costs varying based on product complexity and material requirements. The document serves as a reference tool for cost estimation and budget planning purposes for state and local entities in Maine utilizing this master agreement. This arrangement allows multiple agencies to leverage a single negotiated contract, potentially reducing procurement time and administrative burden while maintaining cost efficiency across the state and local government purchasing community. The document does not indicate specific renewal options, set-asides, or funding sources, as it functions primarily as a pricing reference tool supporting the broader master agreement framework.
