About this file
This is a Participating Addendum (Number 505ENT-M25-PASS&BOXRTL-02) between the State of Wisconsin as the Participating Entity and The Hertz Corporation as the Contractor for passenger vehicle and box truck rental services. The addendum allows Wisconsin to participate in NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Number PO-10700-00043390, which was originally executed between Hertz and the State of Oregon as the Lead State. The agreement is effective as of May 21, 2025, and will terminate upon termination of the Master Agreement unless terminated earlier. Wisconsin has elected to participate in both passenger vehicle rental and box truck rental services under this addendum.
The contract covers passenger vehicle rental and box truck rental services available through the Master Agreement, incorporating the scope, pricing, terms, and conditions of the original master agreement. The participating addendum may be used by all state agencies, institutions of higher education, cities, counties, districts, and other political subdivisions of Wisconsin, as well as authorized nonprofit organizations within the state. Hertz is required to submit quarterly itemized purchasing activity reports detailing order information, pricing, and contract spend within 30 days of each quarter end. Wisconsin reserves the right to terminate the contract with 30-day written notice, and the contractor must sign a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement to allow municipalities to purchase through this addendum. The agreement is governed by Wisconsin state law and includes Wisconsin's Standard Terms and Conditions as additional terms.
