About this file

This is a Sources Sought notice for window washing services at the Alexandria VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Pineville, Louisiana. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 16, is soliciting information from potential contractors interested in participating in a future formal solicitation. This pre-solicitation announcement is not a Request for Quote or formal request for proposals, and no award will be made based on this announcement alone. Interested businesses are instructed to contact the Contracting Officer by email to express interest and obtain additional details regarding the requirement.

The solicitation references a Performance Work Statement that provides specific details about the scope of work, requirements, and performance standards for the window washing services. Potential vendors should review both this Sources Sought document and the accompanying Performance Work Statement to understand the full requirements before contacting the government. This pre-solicitation stage allows the VA to gauge market interest and gather information from qualified sources prior to issuing a formal solicitation for the window washing services contract.
