The wage determination is numbered 2015-5315, Revision 28, effective as of December 3, 2025.
The document lists over 200 occupational classifications across multiple service categories with their corresponding hourly wage rates, ranging from approximately $10.09 to $49.27 per hour. Major occupational categories include Administrative Support and Clerical Occupations, Automotive Service Occupations, Food Preparation and Service Occupations, Furniture Maintenance and Repair Occupations, General Services and Support Occupations, Health Occupations, Information and Arts Occupations, Information Technology Occupations, Instructional Occupations, Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Occupations, Materials Handling and Packing Occupations, Mechanics and Maintenance and Repair Occupations, Personal Needs Occupations, Plant and System Operations Occupations, Protective Service Occupations, Recreation Occupations, Stevedoring and Longshoremen Occupational Services, Technical Occupations, and Transportation/Mobile Equipment Operation Occupations. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits including health and welfare at $5.55 per hour (or $203.60 to $882.27 per month depending on Executive Order applicability), two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special pay provisions apply to certain occupations, including computer professionals exempt from wage determination requirements if meeting specified compensation thresholds, air traffic controllers and weather observers receiving night and Sunday pay differentials, and hazardous pay differentials of four to eight percent for employees working with explosives or ordnance materials. Contractors may request conformance of unlisted job classifications through the Standard Form 1444 process submitted to the Wage and Hour Division for approval.
