In FY 2021, FHWA definitized 9 total change order proposals, ranging from 0-366+ days, with 2 proposals taking 366 or more days. In FY 2022, 2 total proposals were definitized, with most completed within 180 days and none exceeding that timeframe. In FY 2023, 13 total proposals were definitized, with 3 completed in 31-60 days, 3 in 61-90 days, 4 in 91-180 days, and 3 in 181-365 days. Notably, no change order proposals were addressed after contract completion across all three fiscal years.
