Wage Determination Summary
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division (Wage Determination No. 2015-5513, Revision 27, effective December 3, 2025). The determination applies to federal service contracts in Idaho counties including Adams, Elmore, Payette, Valley, and Washington.
The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for approximately 200 occupation classifications across ten major occupational categories: Administrative Support and Clerical; Automotive Service; Food Preparation and Service; Furniture Maintenance and Repair; General Services and Support; Health; Information and Arts; Information Technology; Instructional Occupations; Laundry, Dry-Cleaning, and Pressing; Machine Tool Operation and Repair; Materials Handling and Packing; Mechanics and Maintenance; Personal Needs; Plant and System Operations; Protective Service; Recreation; Stevedoring/Longshoremen; Technical; and Transportation/Mobile Equipment Operation. Hourly wage rates range from $11.90 (Assembler, Counter Attendant, Dry Cleaner, Presser Hand) to $58.25 (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All occupations include fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour up to 40 hours per week ($222.00 weekly or $962.00 monthly), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for employees on Service Contract Act-covered contracts also covered by Executive Order 13706. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, four weeks after fifteen years; a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually; and specific provisions for hazardous pay differentials (8 percent for high-hazard positions, 4 percent for low-hazard), uniform allowances, night pay for air traffic controllers and weather observers, and overtime considerations. The determination references the Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations (Fifth Edition, Revision 1, September 2015) for detailed job duty descriptions and includes a conformance process for classifying unlisted occupations not appearing in the wage determination.
