Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act

This document is a wage determination issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, for federal service contracts in specific South Dakota counties (Bennett, Butte, Corson, Dewey, Fall River, Gregory, Haakon, Harding, Jackson, Jones, Lawrence, Lyman, Mellette, Oglala Lakota, Perkins, Stanley, Todd, Tripp, and Ziebach). Wage Determination No. 2015-5377, Revision 30, effective as of December 3, 2025, establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contract employees across numerous occupational classifications.

The determination specifies hourly wage rates for 99 occupational categories spanning administrative, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation occupations. Rates range from $12.57 per hour (Dishwasher) to $47.79 per hour (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All occupations listed receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (or $222 weekly/$962 monthly) for health and welfare, with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after ten years, and four weeks after fifteen years, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer professionals (exempting certain exempt employees), air traffic controllers and weather observers (providing night and Sunday pay differentials), hazardous duty work (providing 4-8 percent wage differentials), and uniform allowances. The document includes a conformance process requiring contractors to obtain wage determinations for unlisted occupational classifications not covered by this determination prior to contract performance.
