The document addresses contractor inquiries regarding operational requirements and compliance for this 100% small business set-aside contract. Key restrictions include prohibition of drone spraying; contractors must use only ground spraying equipment consisting of 4-wheel drive vehicles with spray booms, ORVs with spray booms, or backpack spray units. A TERO card is not required for this solicitation, though contractors remain responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits and complying with federal, tribal, state, and local laws, including environmental regulations for spraying near water.
