The focus of anticipated projects will be capital renewal and replacement work rather than new construction, including roof repairs, HVAC replacements, exterior repairs, and minor space renovations at WCCC's main campus (72,000 GSF at 475 Route 57 West, Washington, NJ) and secondary location (52,000 GSF at 445 Marshall Street, Phillipsburg, NJ). All awards will be made on a non-exclusive basis, with no guarantee of work assignments to selected vendors. Proposers must provide detailed fee schedules including hourly rates for professional and clerical staff and reimbursable expenses. Required submissions include proof of liability insurance (minimum $2,000,000 with the College named as additional insured), worker's compensation insurance, auto coverage, and completion of seven mandatory forms: non-collusion affidavit, stockholder disclosure, evidence of affirmative action compliance, disclosure of investment activities in Iran, proposal cover sheet, fee schedule, and services qualification checklist. A New Jersey Business Registration Certificate must be on file prior to engagement. The College reserves the right to reject any and all responses, select one or more firms, and request clarifications or modifications to proposals.
