The wage determination covers over 100 occupational classifications across multiple service categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Hourly wage rates range from $11.61 (Waiter/Waitress) to $71.81 (Nuclear Medicine Technologist), with corresponding fringe benefit requirements of $5.55 per hour for standard positions and $5.09 per hour for Executive Order 13706 covered positions. All occupations receive mandatory benefits including two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, four weeks after fifteen years, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. The document includes special provisions for computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, hazardous pay differentials (4-8 percent), uniform allowances, and conformance procedures for unlisted occupational classifications via Standard Form 1444.
