Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act

This document is a wage determination register issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration for Wyoming, covering Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, Teton, and Uinta counties (Wage Determination No. 2015-5409, Revision 28, effective 5/13/2026). The register establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits required for federal service contracts performed in the specified Wyoming counties, applicable to contractors and subcontractors working on contracts subject to the Service Contract Act.

The determination lists over 100 occupation classifications across multiple job categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. Each occupation includes a specific hourly wage rate, ranging from $11.10 to $46.81 per hour. Fringe benefits include $5.55 per hour health and welfare (up to 40 hours weekly, $222.00 weekly or $962.00 monthly) or alternatively $5.89 per hour under Executive Order 13786 ($283.60 weekly or $882.27 monthly). Additional benefits mandated include two weeks paid vacation after one year, three weeks after eight years, four weeks after fifteen years, a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually, and hazardous duty pay differentials (8% and 4%) for applicable positions. Special provisions address exempt computer professionals, air traffic controllers and weather observers with night/Sunday premium pay, uniform allowances, and conformance procedures for unlisted occupations using Standard Form 1444. Contractors must comply with all wage rates and benefits listed for applicable job classifications on covered federal service contracts.
