QSP and Performance Standards Summary

This document is a Quality Standards and Performance (QSP) matrix outlining cleaning and maintenance service requirements across three facility areas: Admin Office, Visitor Center, and Visitor Center Public Restrooms. The performance standards specify tasks, delivery frequencies, acceptable quality levels, surveillance methods, and corrective action protocols for janitorial services.

Admin Office services include once-weekly vacuuming of carpeted areas, dusting surfaces to 72 inches, restroom cleaning, kitchen/break room cleaning, supply replenishment, entrance floor mat maintenance, and glass door cleaning. Visitor Center services require daily execution of vacuuming, dust mopping wood floors and sweeping stone entries, surface dusting, kitchen/break room cleaning, floor mat maintenance, and trash collection, supplemented by weekly wood floor mopping (water or vinegar only), carpet spot cleaning, and stair grip dot scrubbing. Visitor Center Public Restrooms demand the most intensive service with daily ceramic fixture disinfection, toilet cleaning, surface dusting, mirror cleaning, counter top disinfection, hand dryer cleaning, door and light switch disinfection, supply replenishment, floor mopping with germicidal detergent, garbage removal, and light dusting. Weekly tasks include vent cover vacuuming, urinal splash guard replacement, and stall wall/door washing. Monthly tasks include dusting above sinks and baseboards scrubbing. All areas include ongoing general requirements for conduct, security, safety, and accident reporting with preventive measures for minimum incidents. Supplies are provided by the government agency. Surveillance methods include random checks and customer comments, with corrective actions addressing timeliness, quality, and professionalism.
