The wage determination lists over 200 occupational classifications across administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation categories. Wage rates range from $11.59 per hour (Waiter/Waitress) to $47.63 per hour (Air Crew Training Devices Instructor, Flight Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Test Pilot Fixed Jet/Prop, Maintenance Test Pilot Rotary Wing, Non-Maintenance Test/Co-Pilot). All occupations listed receive fringe benefits including health and welfare compensation of $5.55 per hour (standard) or $5.09 per hour (under Executive Order 13706), plus paid vacation accruing at two weeks after one year, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after fifteen years of service. Employees receive a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and positions involving hazardous materials, with differentials ranging from 4 to 8 percent. Uniform allowances of $3.35 per week apply where uniforms are required. The conformance process for unlisted occupations requires contractor submission of proposed classifications and wage rates within 30 days of performance, with Department of Labor review and approval within 30 days of receipt.
