W91ZRS-10-T-0001 Questions & Answers

Q1: Topic of concentric vent kits for the KN boilers. Should there be one kit/pipe for combustion air & exhaust?

A1: The concentric kits that are in our brochures are not available. So separate intake and exhaust vents for the boilers are required.

Q2: What is the size of the existing system circulator pumps (for replacement)?

A1:

1. Required pipe size for pumps: 2” (two inch)

2. GPM: 120

3. Feet of Head: 30 TDH ft

4. Voltage and Phase: 208, 3-phase

5. Location of new pumps: are to be located within the existing mechanical room in such a location that they are accessible by maintenance personnel. Preferred location would be at a level that would not require a lift or ladder to access (close to floor).
