1. Can you tell me when these (3) trailers would be needed so I can ensure that our trailers that match your requirements are available for that date?
a. Delivery date is no Later than 1 March 2021
2. Can you tell me how long you will need the trailers? This will help us ensure that those dates do not run into the future dates on which these trailers may be reserved for other clients.
a. This contract is for a purchase of the trailers. The trailers would remain at ATC permanently.
3. In order to provide a fixed price, we will need to include the number of waste tank pump-out services and water fill services that will be needed weekly - once, twice, three times, etc. If you are not sure about the service frequency, we can calculate this for you by knowing the total number of people utilizing the trailers, the number of hours per day they will be utilizing it, and the number of days per week. This information is important to ensure that the service frequency is adequate for the need and to help prevent servicing issues with the trailers that could interrupt your activities.
a. See 2. This is a purchase. Filling and pumping-out the trailers is not part of this contract.
4. In the PWS Document - Requirement B.1.6, says that "Restroom trailers must have, at a minimum, a 300-gallon fresh water holding tank on two of the units". What is the requirement for the water holding tank on the third unit/trailer? In our industry, non-potable water is sometimes referred to as "fresh water". Non-potable water is most consistently used for restroom trailers and portable sanitation across the country. Can you confirm that this is understood?
a. Apologies if the wording was unclear on this specification. Two trailers require fresh water tanks while the third trailer does not. The fresh water tank is not included in all of these trailers and represents an additional cost, it should not be included for one of these units. It is understood that non-potable water is being referred to as "fresh" water, but this will not affect the contract as the company will not be responsible for filling the tanks.
5. Do you want private stalls in these trailers or a group area with partitions?
a. We need three individual trailers as each will be located in a different locations. Each trailer should have two individual rooms, a men's and a women's room. The women's room should have a toilet and sink, the men's room should have three urinals and two stalls with two toilets and a sink.
