Good afternoon, Below are the responses to the questions sent in on 14 July 2020.

Question 1 -The solicitation references a ”Quote Registry”. There is no "Quote Registry" so that portion can be disregarded, per the mission partner.

Question 2 -It appears that the machines that are intended to be listed in “Attachment 2” have been incorporated into “Attachment 1” and designated as “OC”. Is this correct? That is correct, they've been incorporated into Attachment 1, and there is not attachment 2.

Question 3- The number of machines designated for Preventative Maintenance “PM” in “Attachment 1” totals 28. The current contract provides Preventative Maintenance on 56 machines. Are you sure you want to drop the number of machines being provided Preventative Maintenance Service by one half?

The attached/revised Shop Equipment List for PM, accounts for which items require a PM.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
