The Government seeks to award a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for currency handling equipment over a five-year period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. The contract requires delivery of all initial base year hardware within 30-45 days after receipt of order, with global direct drop-shipping to 235 store locations worldwide (CONUS, non-foreign OCONUS, and foreign OCONUS addresses). The contractor bears responsibility for freight routing, international customs clearance, and final delivery. Line items include mixed bill discriminators (235 units), coin sorters in multiple configurations totaling 290 units, extended warranty coverage (1 unit), and plug adapters (110 units), along with four optional ordering periods for replacement hardware spanning years 2028-2031. Award will be made on a best-value basis using a trade-off process prioritizing technical capability (meeting electrical/power specifications and delivery requirements, warranty coverage), past performance, and price. Offerors must submit certified cost or pricing data or qualifying data other than certified cost or pricing data, register in the System for Award Management (SAM), and submit quotes electronically to Nicole Tokash at nicole.tokash.civ@army.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333310. No past performance records submitted will receive a neutral rating.
