About this file
This document contains a set of questions and responses related to an Audiology Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (Solicitation Number W91YTZ25QA093) issued by the Department of the Army Medical Command. The Q&A document addresses three key inquiries: (1) how to obtain information about the current service provider (directed to submit a FOIA request), (2) the anticipated service volume (estimated at 30 evaluations per year), and (3) potential service locations at the Detroit Arsenal. Specifically, the responses indicate that historical contractor information can be obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, the expected annual service volume is 30 evaluations, and mobile audiology services will not be permitted at the Detroit Arsenal location, which is not configured for such practices.
