About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for two Verifit VF-2 Hearing Aid Testers and associated Audioscan Noah software modules for the Womack Army Medical Center. The solicitation seeks two systems to replace an inoperable existing device and expand hearing aid prescription verification capabilities, with installation required in two different examination rooms. The systems will integrate with hearing aid fitting software to enable real-time verification of programming changes and perform comprehensive hearing instrument testing.

The RFQ specifies delivery of two Verifit VF-2 REM/HAT Analyzers and two Audioscan Noah modules, with detailed technical requirements including capabilities for binaural and monoaural testing, speech mapping, directional and noise reduction measurements, and various acoustic analyses. The quote is due by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 5/12/2025, with delivery expected within 30 days of award. The solicitation is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and is a brand name, lowest price technically acceptable procurement. The systems will be delivered to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, with a firm-fixed price contract anticipated for the brand-specific equipment and installation.
