6 Partial delivery and invoicing

- Due to the variety and large quantity of vehicles in this purchase contract, the delivery lead time varies for each vehicle, allowing for partial deliveries.

Generally, contracts involving such a high number of vehicles are made under the condition that partial delivery and invoicing are permitted.

Therefore, I would like to request a revision of the terms to allow for partial delivery and invoicing.

. Partial Delivery and invoicing are allowed due to the variety and large quantity of vehicles.

7 The bid submission deadline for W91QVN25R0007 is March 19th, 13:00 hours. However, our company has already applied for SAM registration and it appears that the registration will be completed after March 19th. It seems that there is a condition for SAM registration for vendors at the time of bidding. I would like to inquire if it is possible to submit a bid without being registered in SAM and then register as a SAM vendor later.

Offerors are required to be registered at the time of proposal submission and at time of award.

2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
