About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation for custodial services at United States Army installations in Humphreys and Suwon, South Korea. The amendment provides responses to twelve questions from potential offerors. It clarifies that the period for phase-out of services would depend on the follow-in contract's phase-in period. Technical Exhibit 2 is revised to annotate buildings at Suwon Air Base and correct discrepancies in total square footage. It is confirmed that the contract is funded by Overseas Military Activity funds and that the contractor must comply with relevant Korean laws on safety, health, and serious accidents. While a site safety and health officer is not a designated key personnel, Korean law requires the position. The amendment also clarifies that office and storage space for the contractor will be provided by the government.
