SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The following have been added by full text:

AMENDMENT #1 (Q&A)

a. The purpose of this amendment is to post the response to the question received. Question and Answer is as the following:

Question 1: In Sub factor 1.Prime Contractor’s License and Certificate, the offeror shall provide “Certificate for Authorized Inspection Agency (공인검사기관 지정서).” Authorized Inspection Agency is not able to have inspection for facility with combustibility and toxicity. Natural Gas is classified in flammable gases. Accordingly, we believe that the certificate for Authorized Inspection Agency is not required for the subject contract. Please refer to the attachment (High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act, Article 58, Clause 4).

Answer 1: Camp Casey is using over 300,000 CM (cubic meter) of natural gas per month. Therefore, Camp Casey is classified as a specific gas use facility under the City Gas Business Act (도시가스사업법). However, Camp Casey has no filling or storage facilities for any flammable or toxic gases. That means, it is not worth considering about ability for inspection of facility with combustibility and toxicity. Consequently, periodic inspection, test and maintenance of natural gas lines and equipment in Camp Casey and K-16 must be conducted by the Authorized Inspection Agency (for technically qualified personnel and inspection equipment) certified by the Governor of Gyeonggi-Province (경기 도지사) in accordance with Enforcement Rules of the High Pressure Gas Safety Management Act (고압가스안전관리법 시행규칙). Please refer to the attachment (High Pressure Gas Safety Management Act, Article 58, Clause 4 - underlined paragraph on page #3). In conclusion, the current technical evaluation criteria will NOT to be changed.

b. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
