AMENDMENT #1

The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following.

1. To provide a government response to the following offerer's questions.

A. PWS para, 1.6.9 According to 38 p.(of the solicitation) Factor A Technical sub-factor 1, it states that the contractor shall have experiences with a minimum value of KRW 500, 000,000 in network infrastructure. Would this be interpreted as KRW 500, 000,000 per project? or KRW 500, 000,000 of total amount of projects(experiences) within the last 7 years ?

Government Response:The offeror can interpret KRW 500,000,000 per project submitted.

B. PWS para,7.2 Number of resident personnel at OSAN AB: During the site visit meeting today, we were informed that the personnel’s are fixed in total 4 for this contract. In case of task order relatively heavier workload, contractor can take longer time to finish it instead of input additional personnel.

Government Response: IAW 7.2 Attachment 2/Technical Exhibit 2 – Estimated Workload Data. The contract is for 1 Contract Manager, 1 Telecomm Installers and 2 Cable Installers. This is the government estimated workload only. Personnel are required to use alloted time in prescribed work hours/work week to accomplish all jobs. Heavier workload assignments will be performed as routine as all other jobs and completed in the estimated time contact team and government planners agree as the best estimated time of completion. This is a performance based contract therefore, the Government cannot dictate how many employees a contractor hire to perform the requirement. The estimated workload data is just that the Government's estimate on work to be performed.

C. PWS para,4.2 Materials are not to exceed $20,000 per year. In case of any additional equipment and material other than ANNEX A (Basic List of Materials-yearly), if it is exceed $20,000 per year, the additional equipment and materials shall be purchased by customer/ government and then to be installed by contractor.

Government Response: IAW para 4.2 Materials. The Contractor shall be required to supply all materials needed to complete work orders on Osan Air Base. Materials are not to exceed $20,000 per year. Additional equipment, excluding ANNEX A (Basic List of Materials-yearly), shall be provided at government/customer expense. Any excess materials required will be worked through the SCXP office should any additional resources be needed once the $20,000 cap has been reached.

D. PWS para, 3.2 & 3.3 "Internet connection and power. IAW, Para 3.3 Utilities will be provided to the contractor. We would like to make sure that Government will provide Internet connection without restriction and power?

Government Response: To perform this contract, computers will be provided in consideration of data security at some point?"No. IAW para

3.3 The government shall provide utilities. Computers and Internet connection shall be provided by the contractor. IAW para 3.2 The government shall also provide a facility for the contractors to store equipment, materials, and personnel. Contractor is required to supply any office equipment required to perform this contract to include an Internet connection via MiFi device.
