You asked for hot water extraction which I believe is a steam carpet machine. Would you have an electricity source for us 120 or 240?
A. 120 source is readily available, if 240 was required we can submit a work order to ensure the building can support.

How do you proceed in asking us to detail vehicles. Will we come once a week and do a couple at a time, or will we do the entire fleet at the same time?
A. As stated on page 24 of the solicitation, “The Offeror shall include a schedule when detailing services will occur for each vehicle in the WHTA fleet during the base year.” If only a couple a day got completed that’s fine but we would like to get the entire fleet done in one group, as in 4 a day over 8 consecutive days to complete all 32, or 3 a day over 11 days etc. (not including weekends or holidays). It is also not good for us to take more than 3 outside of mission at a time, 3 vehicles being detailed at a time would be max.

Can we view the vehicles’ conditions?
A. The vehicles are in excellent condition, our only problem is we don’t have the tools or training to get it professionally clean. For our mission requirements we clean the vehicles daily.
