About this file
This document provides answers to questions regarding Amendment 02 to Solicitation Number W91QV1-20-R-0005 for transportation services supporting the Warrior Transition Brigade and Troop Command. The key details are as follows:
Dispatching services are required Monday through Friday from 0900 to 1700 hours. Cleaning of vehicles is not a separate contract line item and contractors may allocate $25 per vehicle per month for outside washing and vacuuming if needed. Special events and extended services are not included in the workload data provided and are excluded from emergency shuttle services. The Government will provide signage identifying shuttles for Warrior Transition Brigade use only. A certain amount of overtime is already factored into the contract price and late pickups by soldiers have not caused issues in the past.

| If a trip ticket driver makes a run to pick up a soldier after a trip ticket appointment and the soldier is late putting the driver into an OT scenario. Is the driver expected to continue to wait for the pick-up? |
A certain amount of OT is already factored into the price of the contract. This has not ever happened and is monitored heavily.
