About this file

This Standard Form 30 (SF30) Amendment details changes to a solicitation for parking lot sealing and restriping services at the ALTESS Enduring Data Center facility located on Radford Army Arsenal. The amendment extends the proposal response date from July 24, 2025 to August 7, 2025 and modifies several key solicitation details, including adding a third site visit on July 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside with a project magnitude between $30,000 to $50,000.

The amendment provides updated instructions for offerors, requiring submission of three proposal volumes: General, Technical, and Price. Offerors must complete the Solicitation Contract Form, provide pricing information, and submit a Technical Volume. The solicitation mandates specific proposal formatting, with a 20-page limit for General and Technical volumes. Contractors must demonstrate technical experience, management approach, and provide a detailed pricing breakdown, including labor categories and compliance with the Service Contract Act. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and comply with specific security guidelines for site access at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant.
