PWS Para 5 Staffing of security office

Contractor shall adjust operating hours as necessary to accomplish tasks and ensure at a minimum the office is staffed during the operating hours of 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. each work day.

During period of performance no more than five workdays when the office is not staffed.

PWS Para 5.1.1 Task 1, Subtask 1.

Support annual security inspection.

Provide current guidance and initiate pre-inspection audits of all directorates. Timely correction of deficiencies

The Contractor shall not fail to rectify more than one inspection deficiency within the required 30 days.

100% Inspection.

PWS Para 5.2.2 Task 2, Subtask 2.

Personnel clearance status and submissions.

Monitor JPAS for all government and Contractor employees working within or visiting TRAC@FLVN facilities.

Not more than two instances during the POP shall the Contractor fail to verify security clearance information for personnel accessing

TRAC@FLVN.

Periodic Inspection

PWS Para 5.3.5 Task 3, Subtask 5.

After Duty Notification Call-in roster.

Prepare and publish the After Duty Notification Call-in roster.

The Contractor shall publish the rosters on time.

Additionally, the Contractor shall not fail to respond and perform the requisite building inspection function in conjunction with

PWS Para 5.3.6 Task 3, Subtask 6.

After duty notification call-in log.

Maintain spreadsheet documenting all after-hours security-related call-ins by the PMO.

The Contractor shall not fail to provide the updated log for more than two monthly IPRs during the period of performance.

PWS Para 5.3.7 Task 3, Subtask 7.

Collateral duty appointments & training.

Maintain copies of collateral duty appointments & training.

The Contractor shall not fail to provide the updated appointment orders within three working days on more than two instances during the period of performance.

100% Inspection

PWS Para 5.3.8 Task 3, Subtask 8.

Security codes.

Change security codes to OSA entrance doors.

The Contractor shall be no more than 10 working days late changing the security codes by the specified annual delivery dates. The Contractor shall process PIC actions within three working days after the requirement has been identified.

100% Inspection

PWS Para 5.3.9 Task 3, Subtask 9.

Serve as key custodian for

Perform all duties as specified in AR-190-51 regarding key control management.

TRAC passes the annual physical security inspection of the

Funston Hall (Bldg 314, McNair Hall (Bldg 286) and TRAC Warehouse (Bldg 107) key control program with no more than one minor deficiency.

PWS Para 5.5 Task 5. Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR)

Report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor).

- Reporting inputs documented labor executed during the POP during each Government fiscal year (FY) which runs 1 Oct - 30 Sep.

- Input will be reported no later than 31 Oct of each calendar year.

Note: Government surveillance of contractor performance is not limited to the Performance Objectives as outlined in this PRS. The Government reserves the right to conduct compliance surveillance of any contractual requirement of this acquisition.
