About this file
This document is Amendment 1 for Solicitation W91QF025Q4006 containing questions and answers for a G2 Building Access Control contract. Key details include requirements for security services at the US Army War College involving one guard per shift for posts 1-5, with business casual attire as the duty uniform. The incumbent contractor is New Age Protection, Inc. Security officers must have an interim or final security clearance prior to contract performance, with clearance obtained by the prime contractor. The contract is firm fixed-price with no drug testing requirements, no state licensing needed, and explicitly prohibits subcontracting. Important operational specifications include that posts cannot be unmanned during lunches and breaks, relief can be from contractor or government personnel, and the Access Control Monitor is classified as an Alarm Monitor under federal wage determination. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed by the government, and past performance will be evaluated based on contractor (not individual) experience.
