About this file

This is a Solicitation Amendment containing questions and answers for federal contract opportunity W91CRB26RA025A00001, issued on 14 September 2026.

The amendment clarifies four key points for offerors. First, non-OEM offerors are not required to provide OEM authorization letters or authorized distributor documentation to establish supply relationships with manufacturers. Second, the required Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) level is Level 2 (Self), applicable to the prime offeror. Third, price evaluation will be based on the combined total proposed price for all three required equipment Contract Line Items (CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003), evaluated in accordance with FAR 12.203(a) Factor 1 Cost/Price as the basis for award. Fourth, the correct email address for official proposal and question submissions is angela.h.mcfillin.civ@army.mil; a previously listed email address ending in ".cov" was a typographical error that has been corrected under amendment section #8. These clarifications address documentation requirements, cybersecurity compliance, pricing methodology, and submission procedures for this Army acquisition.
