About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) attachment for Request for Proposal (RFP) W91CRB-25-R-A003 for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Court Reporting Support Services. The current contract is held by TDB Communications, Inc., with services historically ranging from $17K to $38K annually. The government anticipates 15-20 court reporter sessions or 60-80 hours per year, with most proceedings currently conducted virtually. Key requirements include a court reporter holding a National Court Reports Association (NCRA) Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) certification, delivery of transcripts within 10 business days, and potential need for a confidential security clearance. The contract does not allow selling transcript copies, will not adjust pricing for on-site versus remote reporting, and will not add separate line items for shipping fees. Proposal submissions are to be made electronically through the Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE), with Ron Turing and Anielli Hipley serving as the primary contract specialists.
