About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract W91364-26-R-A002. The document addresses two inquiries related to a physical security system implementation project. The first question concerns cyber requirements, vulnerability scanning procedures, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) or Authority to Operate (ATO) certification requirements. The Government response directs respondents to Amendment 1, PWS Section 2.3 for detailed cyber requirements information. The second question addresses the access control system specification, asking whether CCure9000 remains the mandated preferred system or if alternative systems such as Lenel OnGuard would be acceptable as standalone solutions. The Government clarified that it is open to any access control system that meets the specified requirements outlined in the solicitation documents, indicating flexibility in technology selection provided requirements compliance is demonstrated.
