About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying requirements for RFQ W91364-26-Q-A006, a Request for Quote issued by the Ohio Army National Guard for venue, lodging, and catering services for a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event scheduled for February 6-7, 2026, in the Columbus, Ohio area. The Q&A addresses eight key inquiries regarding contract execution and performance requirements. Parking costs must be included in the contract price or provided at no cost to attendees; vouchers are acceptable if guests pay $0 out-of-pocket, and parking cannot be a separate line item. The required 10-room hotel block must be consolidated at a single hotel property rather than distributed across multiple facilities. Offerors should submit three to five relevant past performance examples, each including the contracting agency/client name, contract number, period of performance, scope of work, and total contract value.

Payment terms are Net 30 via electronic invoice through Wide Area Workflow, with payment issued after event completion and invoice submission in accordance with clause 252.232-7006 on the SF1449 form. No advance, partial, or mobilization payments are authorized; this will be a firm fixed-price contract. Vendors must submit documentation with their final invoice, specifically a final document from the lodging vendor confirming contracted rooms at event completion. The general session area seating arrangement will be banquet style at crescent round tables. All specifications reference Sections 1.2, 5.1.1, 5.1.7, 5.3.1, and 5.3.5 of the Performance Work Statement for additional detailed requirements.
