About this file
The file contains an updated Request for Information (RFI) for a gravel delivery solicitation by the Ohio Army National Guard. The solicitation (W91364-25-Q-A052) requires an aggregate vendor to deliver 220 tons of #304 crushed gravel and 190 tons of 4" Minus gravel to improve an existing trail at Camp Garfield Joint Training Center in Ravenna, Ohio. Key details include strict ODOT specification requirements, dump-only delivery (no spreading), and specific vendor qualifications such as valid driver's licenses with no outstanding traffic violations.
The RFI clarifies several important points: 4" Minus gravel cannot be substituted, limestone may be considered as an alternative with proper specifications, and bids should be submitted to alan.j.cooper8civ@army.mil. The solicitation timeline indicates questions are due by 18 JUL 25 at 12PM, with quotes required by 1 AUG 25 at 12PM. Vendors are recommended to conduct a pre-delivery reconnaissance visit to ensure accurate material delivery. There is no incumbent vendor for this contract, and the exact dumping location will be specified after award.
