Title: Catered Meals Request for Portsmouth, Ohio

Solicitation# W91364-25-Q-A048

Q/A:

Question 1: It appears that quantities and delivery times are listed for only two meals, presumably breakfast and lunch, while a third meal section (in the middle) is left blank.

Answer 1: That is correct, they are only requesting Catered Meals for Breakfast and Dinner.

Question 2: Is the contractor required to provide staff to serve meals on-site or simply deliver the food? Will setup and cleanup of the buffet area be the contractor’s responsibility?

Answer 2: The Awardee will Deliver the food Only.

Question 3: Does the contractor need to supply buffet equipment (e.g., chafing dishes, serving utensils)?

Answer 3: Please see Performance Work Statement Section 5.3.4.1

Question 4: Are there any special dietary accommodations (e.g., vegetarian, halal, gluten-free) that need to be included? Are there specific menu expectations or restrictions for the meals?

Answer 4: There are no special dietary requirements.

Question 5: The document lists the lunch meal type as "N/A," but it also outlines components for both "Boxed Lunch" and "Hot Buffet-Style Lunch" under the meal requirements. Could you kindly confirm whether lunch should be provided? If so, should it be in the form of a boxed lunch or a hot buffet-style meal?

Answer 5: No lunch is required.
