About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file for the Air National Guard Cyber Symposium Conference Support Services solicitation. The file provides detailed responses to 80 vendor inquiries about the Operational Alignment Communications Cyber-power Symposium (OACCS) Conference, which will be held annually from 2025-2029. Key details include that this is a no-cost contract where the contractor will generate revenue through sponsorships, exhibitors, and registration, with no direct government funding. The conferences will occur in July of each year, targeting approximately 600 attendees, primarily from Air National Guard units nationwide, with an expected minimum of 250 hotel rooms needed per event.
The Q&A clarifies various conference logistics, including the requirement for 8-10 meeting rooms, theatre-style seating, up to 20 vendor booths, and a command center. The government will not provide a vendor solicitation list, and vendors have discretion on many operational details like registration platforms, mobile apps, and guidebook production. The conferences will be in-person, with a potential virtual alternative if travel restrictions occur. The government emphasizes flexibility for the contractor in implementing conference requirements while maintaining the core objective of supporting the National Guard Bureau A6 office's communication and cyber-power symposium.
