AMENDMENT #6 – RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS

CAMPUS CUSTODIAL; W9133L-13-F-0006

The reason for this amendment is to respond to questions that were submitted to the Government prior to the close date for questions. The following response is provided:

Q.

Under Amendment #3 you answer questions asked regarding the above named solicitation. One of the questions was "what is the current contract amount?" and you responded, "calculate using original contract price." I have looked and looked and I do not see the original contract price amount in the solicitation. Can you please give me guidance as to where in the solicitation I can find this information, or if not in the solicitation where should I be looking?

BASE YEAR: $221,760.00

Q.

What are the bonding requirements if any for this project?

Bonds not required.

Q.

As far as access to the site what are the requirements? (US Citizen, Work permit holder, etc.)

Refer to Section IV General Information, Paragraph 4.2 Security Requirements.

Q. What is the expected frequency of cleanings(schedule)?

Refer to the Frequency Schedule provided with Amendment 3.

Q.

We are in receipt of the new amendment for this project; however, we have not been able to retrieve complete “Maps and Work Area Layouts” as indicated in Appendix 3. We have requested these, see email below, but have not received to date. We went through all of the paperwork in the most recent amendment and there is only one layout page of one floor of a building, but nothing else. We request a complete set of “Maps and Work Area Layouts” as referred to in Appendix 3 as soon as possible.

See Amendment 4.

Q.

Hello, I hope all is well. I know you stated no more questions, but there are 2 that were left unclear. The answer that was given for the " monthly price" question did not give the total contract price. So, where can we find the total contract price? Also, the Form 30 on Amendment 3 states due date of 12FEB13. Is this the correct due date?

Request price through FOIA. See Amendment # 5.

Q.

In Amendment 3, Page 12, someone asked the question: Is it possible to get a window count for building 3500 and 3501. To which you replied: Yes. But you didn't put the number of windows for both buildings.

Site visit is ended. Window count is contractor responsibility.

Q.

Do we need to submit any paper work ahead if we would like to hand deliver the proposal package?

See General Information, Section IV, para 4.2. Security Requirements Q.

Do we need to submit the DL, SSN, car tag or any other information ahead of time?

See General Information, Section IV, para 4.2 Security Requirements Q.

Please take note of the attached FACILITY SQUARE FOOTAGE OVERVIEW. The 2 highlighted in yellow are not a part of the pricing or was not shown in the site visit. Please clarify.

There is no highlighted information on appendix 2.

Q.

If a contractor has completed CPARS can we submit in lieu of Past Performance questionnaires?

Submit Past Performance Questionnaire per solicitation requirement.

Q.

If teaming how many Past Performance Questionnaires are required from each team member.

The primary offeror is to submit at least 3 Past Performance Questionnaires.
