Questions and Answers Document Solicitation W9132T19T0008 See Amendment W9132T19T0008 U01 for revision Questions:

1.Is this contract for a trail conceptual plan of up to a total of 8-10 miles of trail? I believe that's the case, but some of the language had me wondering if the expectation was for more, with 8-10 mile phases instead of 8-10 miles in total.
2.How many miles of flagged trail is expected/desired for phase 1 flagging (which is part of this contract)? Is there a minimum or maximum number of miles expected to be flagged?
3.When is the end of the contract period by which all work must be complete?

4. Also, how many sites will need to be assessed, and what is the total acreage of each site

5. Do we need to do something with, such as initial and/or check, all of the items on pages 15-42?

Answers:

1. Up to 8 to 10 miles Total.

2. The flagging task has been removed from this project

3. The end of the contract period is 30 September 2019

4. The first site visit would need to occur as soon as possible after the contract is awarded. There are three potential sites. One is 65 acres, the next is 100 acres and the last is 200 acres. It is quite possible that a preliminary investigation at the time of the first site visit might eliminate one or two of them right off which would lead only one to be evaluated. The 200 acre site may be the most viable choice from the get-go eliminating the need to conduct the assessments on the other two.

5. Regarding pages 15-42. If this information has been covered in your SAM registration, there is no need to fill this out. See section I for the FAR clauses specific to this potential award.
