About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the W2SD ENDIST New England KO Contracting Division on February 10, 2026. The amendment extends the solicitation closing date from February 10, 2026 to February 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern for solicitation W912WJ26QA043. The amendment provides responses to fifteen industry questions regarding a cleaning services contract.

Key clarifications from the Questions and Answers include: option year pricing is at the vendor's discretion and need not match base year pricing; vendors should refer to the Instructions to Vendors section on page 8 of the solicitation for UEI and CAGE code submission format; amendments may be issued during the solicitation period and posted on SAM.gov; no restricted roads currently surround the contract locations; no contractor storage areas will be provided; the Site Safety and Health Officer can be the same person performing cleaning if they meet Level 3 SSHO requirements; all pricing must include travel costs; expected occupancy across three facilities ranges from 2 to 10 people; biweekly cleaning units and service frequencies are defined in the Performance Work Statement; building floor plans are not provided but site visits are recommended; no hazardous materials or special surface treatments are present; exterior window height on the two-story building with basement is approximately 15 feet; lift equipment requires an approved ENG 6203 form prior to mobilization; and background checks or badging are not required. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment and any previously submitted offers prior to the extended closing time.
