About this file
This is a Question and Answer document for solicitation W912SV-25-Q-A002 regarding pre-wash and agricultural wash services for the Massachusetts Army National Guard at Joint Base Cape Cod. The Q&A clarifies that there are 50 units requiring disinfection, including various military vehicles and containers that will be located in a parking lot adjacent to the disinfection site.
The document specifies the types of equipment to be cleaned, including trailer-mounted power plants, cargo trailers, utility trucks (M1165A1, M1152A1, M1097), water trailers (M149A2), cargo trucks (M1078A1P2, M1085A1P2), ambulance trucks (M997A3), and 20-foot metal shipping containers. There are no specific scheduling preferences or batch size requirements, and all units will be pre-washed and disinfected simultaneously based on contractor efficiency and available equipment for moving containers into the disinfection area.

W912SV-25-Q-A002 182 Med AgWash Question & Answer
Q: How many units will be made available and relocated to the decontamination station each day?
A: All the vehicles and containers will be in the parking lot adjacent to the disinfectant site. Therefore all 50 Units will be available. How many go through disinfection each day is dependent on contractor speed and efficiency.
Q: Are there any specific constraints or scheduling preferences we should account for, such as staggered releases or designated batch sizes?
A: There are no preferences. The containers will all be pre washed and disinfected at the same time due to the constraint of having the equipment on hand to move the containers into the disinfectant area. I don’t understand the designated batch size aspect of this question.
Q: Are there photos of the units?
A: I do not have any photos of the “units” however, here is a list of the vehicles and containers. They are easy to find pictures of via google
