Whoever did the initial installed should have shop drawing for the VRV schematics (showing wiring, piping, etc for the system). Do you have this? The installer basically wants know if the condensers are tied into fan coils and other electrical components etc. for the 10 ton condensing unit and drawings would help to also know the amount of refrigerant needed.
A drawings are attached for that portion of the mechanical drawings and a schedule which will show the size of the indoor units. ACU 6 is currently being removed.

Do we need to crane the machine up to a roof or can they use an elevator or is this being installed on ground level?
Please see photos attached
If this is a Re & Re (replacement) there should be no new electrical feed, will they use the same mounting feature (footprint)? Assuming same electrical and mounting structure.
The Electrical is in place but the contractor will need to verify if the wiring is up to date per the NFPA 77 The National Electrical Code and the Code of Massachusetts Regulation and manufactures installation instructions. The Unit that is spec’d out calls for 460 volt/60hz/3 Phase.
They also want to know why is this is being replace has something failed in the current unit & if so why is that component not being replaced they should have been a 10yr warranty.
One of the Compressors failed and burnt the Control Boards and also contaminated the system. According to the Manufacturers Date, it is 10 years old.
