This document is an Amendment (0001) to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for roof repair and replacement construction services for the U.S. Army Reserves National Roofing Program (NRP) in Bryan, Texas. The solicitation is specifically for Project #8 at TX213, targeting two buildings (USARC and AMSA), with a cost range between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Proposals will be evaluated on a Best Value Trade-Off basis, with price considered more important than past performance. Contractors must submit a detailed price breakdown using binding rates from their existing MATOC contract. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 days of award, and proposals must be submitted via email to seth.j.dukes@usace.army.mil.
