About this file

This document is an Amendment 0003 to a Task Order Scope of Work for the FY25 National Roofing Program (NRP) Project #5, located at 6467 Mike Wood Boulevard, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316. The project involves design-build roof replacement services for multiple buildings, including an AMSA facility and a warehouse, totaling approximately 56,331 square feet of roof area. The scope requires replacing existing roof systems with new roof systems: Section 1 of AMSA will receive a 3-ply MOD BIT roof, while Sections 2-4 of AMSA and the Warehouse will receive PVC overlay with flute filler and coverboard.

Key technical requirements include removing 2-8 inches of existing insulation, installing roof access ladders, replacing approximately 680 linear feet of joint sealant, replacing 2,560 roof fasteners, providing and installing a snow rail system, replacing heat trace in gutters, and installing new splash blocks at downspout terminations. The contractor must comply with UFC 3-110-03 Roofing standards, verify existing utilities, and be prepared to potentially replace up to 10% of damaged decking and 50% of wood nailers. Work is to be performed between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and drill weekends, with a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) responsible for design oversight.
