About this file
This document is Amendment 0003 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for roof repair and replacement services at Fort Eustis, Virginia, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District. The amendment modifies the original solicitation for the National Roofing Program (NRP) FY25 Project 1, which is part of a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for building envelope and roof repair construction supporting U.S. Army and Air Force Reserve facilities.
The scope of work involves design and construction services for replacing roof systems at three buildings (Maintenance Bay Building 2504, AMSA/Admin Building 2505, and Warehouse Building 2506), with specific requirements including installing a PVC overlay system, adding R-10 insulation, replacing up to 10% of existing panels, installing walking pads, replacing ladders, and replacing skylights. The proposal is due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on 27 June 2025, with a project cost range between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The contract will be awarded on a Best Value Trade-Off basis, considering factors such as past performance, price, and quality of prior work.
