About this file
This document is an Amendment (0001) to a solicitation for the National Roofing Program (NRP) at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The amendment is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Building Envelope, Roof Repair and Replacement Construction supporting U.S. Army and Air Force Reserve roofing needs. Key changes include a revision to the Section 00 70 00 clause regarding Liquidated Damages, which stipulates a $1,340 per calendar day penalty for project delays, and a proposal due date adjustment to 05 June 2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. The solicitation (W912QR-50297441) targets pre-qualified roofing contractors from a pool of 10 companies, including AR6-Cram Company, Brazos Roofing International, Carmen Roofing Services, and others, who already hold Indefinite Delivery Contracts (W912QR24D0054 - W912QR24D0063).
