About this file

This document is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Terms and Conditions attachment for a commercial vehicle rental contract in Guatemala. The BPA will be established for a six-year period from August 15, 2025, to August 14, 2031, allowing the government to purchase commercial vehicles with or without drivers. The total dollar limit for the BPA is $5,000,000.00, with individual purchase calls not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

Key terms include annual price list submissions, monthly invoicing through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), net 30-day payment terms, and mandatory System for Award Management (SAM) registration. The 410th CSB Regional Contracting Office intends to establish at least three multiple-award BPAs for vehicle leasing, covering all necessary personnel, driver training, and equipment in Guatemala. Contractors must provide detailed delivery tickets for each purchase and maintain an active SAM registration to be eligible for the BPA.
