About this file

This document is an Attachment 1 for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Commercial Vehicle Rental in Guatemala. The 410th CSB intends to establish multiple award BPAs for leasing commercial vehicles with or without drivers, covering personnel, driver training, and necessary equipment. The BPA is planned to run from 15 August 2025 to 14 August 2031, with a total dollar limit of $5,000,000.00 and individual call limits not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

Key terms include annual price list requirements, mandatory System for Award Management (SAM) registration, monthly invoicing through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), and payment net 30 days via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The BPA can be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party, and the government is only obligated for authorized purchases actually made against the master BPA. Delivery tickets are required for all performance, detailing specific transaction information such as supplier name, purchase date, itemized services, quantities, and pricing.
