Factor Sub‐Factors Reference Instruction Evaluation
Technical Subfactor 1 ‐ Task Order PWS Paragraph 5.1 Offeror shall submit a detailed plan describing their methodology and approach to building out
SharePoint 2013 farms for both NIPRNET and
SIPRNET.
Measures of merit for this factor are met when the offeror's technical approach demonstrates the following:
*A thorough understanding of STIGs and the ability to integrate SharePoint and SQL within
STIG restrictions
*Provide an effective architecture for High
Availability to support 24x7 operations
*Low risk of unsuccessful performance.
Technical Subfactor 2 ‐ Task Order PWS Paragraph 5.2 Offeror shall submit a detailed plan describing their methodology and approach to migrating current SharePoint 2007 data over while maintaining metadata.
Measures of merit for this factor are met when the offeror's technical approach demonstrates the ability to:
*Provide a seamless phased migration to new
SharePoint 2013 environment
*Low risk of unsuccessful performance.
Technical Subfactor 3 ‐ Task Order PWS Paragraph 5.3 Offeror shall submit a detailed plan describing their methodology and approach to providing training for all JIATFS personnel.
Measures of merit for this factor are met when the offeror's technical approach demonstrates the ability to:
*Provide training that is phased, matrixed, or integrated with software migration.
*Low risk of unsuccessful performance.
Technical Subfactor 4 ‐ Task Order PWS Paragraph 5.1.4 Offeror shall submit a detailed plan describing their recommeded solution to store images, audio or other multimedia objects.
Measures of merit for this factor are met when the offeror's technical approach demonstrates:
*Optimal approach to store images, audio or other multimedia objects.
*Outlined the benefits of using the selected solution that allows for optimal operations while providing robust search capability.
*Low risk of unsuccessful performance.
