"In reference to the above solicitation number, is this RFQ strictly limited to Dental Vans.? May portable/mobile dental facilities on site be acceptable?
Portable equipment is NOT acceptable under this contract, the government requires mobile dental vans.
1. How much space do you have on site for the vendor?
Rochester: The specific dimensions are not available; sufficient area to support this type of operation is available on site. We have the drill shed floor.

Not for our people.

Yes, it is possible for vendors to get DoD contractor CAC. The contractor will obtain these through the Contractor Verification System (CVS).
4. Is it an option for us to have someone enter the data into the system after we have collected it on paper simply so that we can keep the flow moving with the medical staff and have an administrator take care of the data entry during the exam processes?
Entry into DENCLASS can be done off paper, off site. As stated in the Statement of Work, item #2; Objectives and Scope this contract requires that all data be entered into DENCLASS within 24 hrs of the Soldier's exam. This is a strict requirement that must be met.
